I find immense joy in giving one-off treatments, that make you feel relaxed, blissful and at ease.
BUT when chronic pain has been building for sometime, one treatment may not have the lasting pain relief that you need.
I therefore invite you to invest in the wellbeing of your body, so that you can radiate as your best self.
I am passionate about empowering you to feel comfortable in your body, in order for you to be your best self.
Cultivate Treatment Package
4x 60mins = €300 (€75/60mins)
4x 90mins = €400 (€100/90mins)
This is the kickstart that your body needs to move from a place of discomfort to a place of ease.
We will start with 4 treatments which must be taken weekly.
There will be a thorough consultation and some exploration of your body's current movement patterns and how it responds to my touch.
Clinical fusion treatments will include fascia work with trigger point therapy and assisted stretching and will assess how your body responds each week as we develop your treatment plan.
This package is a partnership and we will both have homework to do between treatments. We will agree on 1-3 simple tasks or exercises each week. With this combination we move the body towards a long-term state of wellness.
Radiate Package
6x 60mins = €420 (€70/60mins)
6x 90mins = €570 (€95/90mins)

3 months to transition from cultivating your inner wellbeing to radiating as your best self.
With this package we may start either weekly or fortnightly with the option of increasing times between treatments as the body responds.
It is also the perfect midpoint between the intense kickstart of the 4-week cultivate package and the ongoing maintenance of the membership.
Following a similar format to cultivate, with longer gaps between treatments in which you can integrate your self-care at a more integral level.
You will create a better relationship with your body and yourself, allowing you to shine.
Radiate Massage Membership
60mins /month = €75 /month
90mins /month = €100 /month
This is your regular service for body mind and spirit.
Do you always wait until your body is screaming at you before you book a massage?
Do you always come out of a treatment saying you really should do more regular self-care?
A monthly direct debit will allow you to book your treatment every month, so that your self-care becomes a part of your life (minimum 4 months).
This maintenance package will help you to avoid chronic pain, by treating any niggles as the arise.
You will walk taller, move easier and radiate as your best self.

It’s super important to me that I provide you, and all of my clients with a smooth running and professional service.
I ask you to please assist by notifying me asap if you need to cancel or are running late.
That being said I understand that we are all human and life happens.
Here is my cancellation policy, so that we are on the same page:
In most cases, a 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment.
Group appointments require a 48-hour advance notice.
Last minute cancellations will incur a 50% charge
No-shows should be paid in full.
Charges may be paid by transfer, or will be deducted from your package.
Delays:
Please let me now ASAP if you are running late.
Any delays caused by the client will normally be deducted from the treatment time.
Arriving later than 15mins late without notice will be considered a no-show.

One month notice required for client to cancel their membership and direct debit.
